Idaho's New Crisis Hold Statute

Idaho’s new crisis hold law is now effective. The law partially fills a gap created by the mental hold statute and allows hospitals to temporarily hold patients with neurocognitive disorders while attempting to stabilize the patient.  This webinar will address:
