Jacqueline assists energy and natural resources clients to navigate complex litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters.
Jacqueline leverages her experience as a petroleum landman to advocate on behalf of clients involved in complex natural resources litigation. She adeptly guides clients through complex oil and gas disputes related to royalties, severance and property taxes, marketing and valuation, and unit and joint operating agreements. She has litigated high-stakes cases at the appellate level, handling both administrative and civil appeals.
In addition to her litigation practice, Jacqueline advises clients on regulatory and transactional matters pertaining to natural resources. She has managed due diligence memoranda for asset and equity transactions and has drafted various types of oil and gas operating agreements. She skillfully navigates the complexities of both state and federal environmental regulations to offer clients practical solutions.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Jacqueline served as a Law Clerk for Judge Bobby R. Baldock of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. During law school, she was a land acquisition intern for the US Department of Justice’s Environment & Natural Resources Division.
