Josh utilizes a pragmatic business approach to assist lending entities, emerging, and established privately held companies with debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.
He represents financial institutions, private equity lenders, and other non-traditional lenders in a variety of transactions—including subordinated debt financing, venture debt financing, revolving and term loans, and financing for mergers and acquisitions. Josh guides clients through all stages of commercial finance transactions, including initial terms negotiations, due diligence, and drafting and negotiating definitive financing agreements.
In addition to working with lenders Josh assists emerging and established privately held companies in a variety of industries, providing support through all stages of mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions from initial negotiations through closing. He also works as part of cross-practice teams to advise clients on general corporate and other commercial contract matters to ensure they have a full spectrum of legal support.
