His specialized knowledge in managing foreign portfolios is a distinct advantage for our clients. John's multifaceted background ensures expertise in tasks such as trademark searching, drafting trademark filings in all stages of the trademark lifecycle, and filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. John manages domestic and international trademark portfolios ranging from small start-up companies to multinational conglomerates.
In addition to his trademark and copyright expertise, John also possesses significant knowledge in dealing with US customs issues and customs enforcement matters in other countries with an emphasis in China and Asia. His extensive experience in combating counterfeiting, aiding in the enforcement of trademark rights, makes him a formidable ally in the protection of our client’s intellectual property rights. John also has extensive experience with domain name takedowns and UDPR proceedings.
