Holland & Hart’s Salt Lake City Administrative Partner Jim Barnett joined the Salt Lake City Chamber’s “Speaking on Business” podcast and host Derek Miller, to discuss some of the firm’s unique approaches to stay connected with clients during the pandemic. Barnett said the attorneys “had to think creatively about how to maintain successful and productive client relationships. To do this, we have focused on ways to intentionally connect with our clients as people, not just as business colleagues.” One of the examples he shared included an attorney who learned her client was looking for ways to entertain his kids while they were learning remotely from home. The attorney sent her client an educational kit that allowed the children to observe a caterpillar changing into a butterfly. Barnett said, “no matter the challenges we face, our attorneys will adapt the way we do business. We’ll keep finding innovative ways to both nurture our personal relationships and meet our clients’ needs.”
The episode with Holland & Hart initially aired on KSL NewsRadio Feb. 9, and was shared online March 3. Read or listen to the podcast segment here: Speaking on Business: Holland & Hart.
