Jessica strategically defends the interests of clients in commercial and energy related litigation.
Jessica represents oil and gas companies, renewable energy and infrastructure developers, and companies in general commercial litigation. She has worked on a wide array of complex and challenging cases including commercial contract interpretation and enforcement issues, joint operating issues of first impression, lease and right of way issues, supply chain and force majeure disputes, pipeline disputes, probate disputes involving oil and gas issues, Indian law issues, wrongful death/personal injury, and royalty disputes. Jessica is also a member of Holland & Hart’s workplace safety and emergency response team, specializing in defending regulatory enforcement matters initiated by OSHA and resultant litigation. She has assisted clients with internal investigations and defended civil and criminal litigation.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Jessica was a trial lawyer with Ridley McGreevy & Winocur, worked for several years as a Deputy State Public Defender in Arapahoe County, and clerked for former Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael Bender. She has tried over 25 jury trials and argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
