Jason works with clients to resolve disputes by offering them informed advice about their options and potential litigation strategies. He is particularly adept at understanding business clients’ needs and providing practical and timely guidance.
Jason’s experience includes representing clients and litigating matters before administrative, state, and federal courts. He provides legal and policy counsel to businesses and individuals and serves as an advocate for clients in public interest matters.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Jason worked as an Assistant Attorney General in Colorado, where he served as general counsel to state entities, with an emphasis on institutions of higher education. He also previously served as a law clerk to Justice William W. Hood, III of the Colorado Supreme Court after completing a two-year Skadden Fellowship with the Education Law Center immediately after law school.
