James Webster, Jr.

Jim works with large technology clients in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for technology related to electrical and computer related arts, with particular emphasis on wireless communication, software, and consumer electronics. With 10+ years of intellectual property and patent law experience, he collaborates closely with inventors, foreign counsel, and patent examiners.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Jim practiced for many years at an IP firm based in Salt Lake City.
