Lori Cowan

Lori has extensive experience representing companies both on the procurement and sales side of various types of commercial transactions, including professional services, consulting, product and service master agreements, reseller, cloud services, data licensing, software license and support, RFPs, advertising, and promotion agreements, NDAs, and various telecommunication-related agreements.

She also has experience in general corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions. Deal experience includes representing both public and non-public companies with transactions involving the purchase, sale, and exchange of assets located throughout the United States.

Prior to recently rejoining Holland & Hart, Lori worked in-house as a Senior Legal Counsel for a multi-million dollar ISP (where she managed legal and transactional matters, hired and managed outside counsel, and implemented a legal intake and review process) and previously for a Fortune 300 global IT company.

• Negotiating and drafting telecommunications (video, voice, Internet, security) infrastructure access and commercial service agreements, right of access, and municipal right of way agreements for telecommunications companies.
