Linda  Jones represents clients (borrowers, developers, lenders, and investors) in secured financing transactions (construction loans, commercial loans, and loan workouts), commercial real estate matters, and project development.

She provides strategic advice in negotiating and documenting the transactions, assists with permit and other due diligence reviews, and issues legal opinion letters.

Linda also has an extensive background in water rights, natural resources, and environmental regulation and compliance. Her experience includes real property purchases and leases (including ground leases for wind and solar energy projects and mineral and geothermal resource leases), water rights reviews and transfers, environmental, land use, and other regulatory permits, and environmental (air, water, wetland, and waste) compliance issues.
