Working with Representative David P. Joyce (OH-14) in Washington, DC on energy-related legislation and appropriations Lainey leverages the valuable insights gained from her experience with energy, environmental, and economic policy to guide clients through regulatory complexities.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Lainey participated in the firm’s Summer Clerk program and served as an intern for Honorable Judge Timothy Tymkovich and Honorable Judge Daniel Domenico at the U.S. District Court for Colorado.
