Liam leverages his experience in state and local government to advocate on behalf of clients across numerous industries.
As a non-lawyer lobbyist, Liam's extensive experience with the Utah state government enables him to provide a unique perspective and thorough understanding of how and when lobbying and advocacy can yield the greatest results.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Liam was a Policy Analyst and Program Manager for Utah League of Cities and Towns where his responsibilities included policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government administration. He also served as an Environmental Planning Consultant for the Utah Department of Environmental Quality. Additionally, Liam supported several candidates as a strategic consultant on a variety of federal, state, and legislative campaigns.
Liam has served on various local committees for his community, including currently serving on the Highland General Plan Advisory Committee. He also spends much time as a high school soccer referee.
