Holland & Hart Denver-based mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Partner Lucy Stark was named a 2016 "BTI Client Service All-Star" for exceptional client service.
BTI's report named 37 M&A attorneys for their superior client focus and "the ability to guide any deal and assemble the perfect teams." Stark's honor was also reported in a Feb. 7, Law360 article titled "GCs Name Favorite M&A Attorneys."
The BTI survey, now in its 15th year of publication is an independently researched, client-driven ranking of attorneys based on more than 320 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world's leading organizations.
Lucy Stark counsels clients on finance transactions, corporate governance, and business combinations. She represents both public and private companies, including: master limited partnerships (MLPs), providing advice on a wide variety of business transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings; tender and exchange offers; and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Stark also provides general corporate and securities advice to many clients, and her work has included providing fiduciary duty advice and disclosure advice, as well as crisis management for public company clients.
