MB addresses clients’ challenging legal issues with thoughtfulness and thoroughness.
MB utilizes her experiences working with judges at the trial and appellate level to assist clients at all stages of litigation. By observing how judges approach the cases before them, MB honed her ability to see a legal issue from all angles in order to identify persuasive arguments and potential weaknesses. She translates her detailed research into influential motions and briefs, adeptly assisting clients in strategically navigating various litigation matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, MB served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Monica M. Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, she interned for Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix of the US District Court for the District of Colorado and participated in the Appellate Advocacy practicum, through which she represented a client in an appeal to US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
