Marla analyzes complex estate plans to assist high net worth clients in understanding the financial impact of life events and formulating solutions.

Marla has extensive experience guiding individuals and families through complex estate and wealth transfer planning. Additionally, Marla has experience in estate administration, estate and gift taxation, fiduciary taxation, partnership taxation, personal income tax, and charitable planning. She routinely works with clients on income tax planning and has previously assisted clients with estate and gift tax examinations.

As a Certified Public Accountant, she has a keen awareness of how life events can and should impact financial planning.

Prior to joining Holland and Hart, she worked at Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in the Trusts & Estate Planning group. Additionally, she has worked in public accounting at KPMG US LLP and Ernst & Young LLP.
