Matthew’s practice focuses on guiding clients at every stage of the corporate lifecycle.

Matthew counsels companies on matters including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He also assists clients with venture capital financing and strategic growth, as well as corporate structure and governance.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Matthew spent two summers in Holland & Hart’s summer clerkship program, primarily assisting the Corporate team with legal research, drafting contracts and related transactional documents, and regulatory filings. He also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable John L. Kane of the U.S. District Court of Colorado.
