Clients benefit from Natalie's experience spanning both scientific and legal roles in the energy and resources industries. Natalie provides practical assistance with routine and complex regulatory and transactional matters. She helps clients navigate a variety of issues including permitting, compliance, and enforcement.
She helps clients with the preparation and response to state and federal regulations, with particular attention to CERCLA, RCRA, CAA, and state environmental regulations. When litigation is unavoidable, Natalie supports clients through a range of disputes.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Natalie worked in the environmental practice at an Am Law 100 firm working on federal environmental transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters. She worked as a research assistant at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Affiliate Laboratory in Boulder, Colorado, in addition to serving as an intern for key Federal Agencies in Washington DC and Colorado, including the US House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee, the US Environmental Protection Agency Region 8, and as a law clerk with the US Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division.
