Nathan supports clients throughout every stage of business litigation matters.

Nathan developed expertise in research, writing, and a deep understanding of procedure from two federal clerkships at the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and US District Court for the District of Utah. Through these experiences, he saw firsthand how judges analyze and deconstruct legal arguments and uses this knowledge to assist clients.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Nathan served as a law clerk to Judge Gregory A. Phillips of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Judge Tena Campbell of the US District Court for the District of Utah.
