Olga brings trial-tested experience representing clients’ interests at state, federal, and appellate levels.
Olga honed her persuasion and negotiation skills while serving in the public sector and now advocates on behalf of clients in complex civil litigation and appellate matters. Drawing on her experience and deep understanding of federal and state district and appellate courts and administrative agencies, she identifies opportunities and develops strategies for clients facing disputes. She is adept at representing companies and individuals in high-stakes trials and arbitrations.
Clients benefit from her experience as a litigator, an appellate practitioner, and a former mediator. With a current focus on commercial litigation and the oil and gas industry, Olga has experience representing employers before OSHA and the EEOC, and previously represented the State of New Mexico in nationwide arbitration pursuant to the 1998 Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Olga served as senior civil counsel for the New Mexico Office of the Attorney General. Prior to that, she served as general counsel for the New Mexico Department of Information Technology, representing the agency in all legal matters.
