Persuasion Strategies Helps Litigators with New Blog

DENVER (May 13, 2009) –  Persuasion Strategies, a service of Holland & Hart LLP that offers litigation consulting and graphics support, has launched the Litigation PostScript blog featuring pre-trial and trial practice tips for litigators in jury, bench and arbitration settings.  

Each entry aims to provide litigators and other devotees of legal persuasion with brief, timely, and innovative litigation strategies.  Litigation consultants, Drs. Karen Lisko, Shelley Spiecker, Ken Broda-Bahm, and Kevin Boully contribute to the blog, providing tips on topics such as: overcoming anti-corporate bias, creating themes, testifying effectively, adapting to jurors, judges, and arbitrators, and crafting strategic opening statements, among others.

  • Drs. Broda-Bahm and Lisko are former Presidents of the American Society of Trial Consultants, the sole professional organization for trial consultants across the country.
  • Dr. Spiecker is a former Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for the same organization, and directed the development and codification of standards for focus group and mock trial research for all trial consultants across the country affiliated with the organization.
