Peter brings valuable Capitol Hill experience to the firm’s federal affairs team, focusing on complex regulatory and legislative matters.

As a non-lawyer federal affairs professional, Peter leverages his background in legislative and regulatory environments to help deliver in-depth research and analysis of federal bills, amendments, and congressional testimony. With firsthand experience as a Congressional staffer and at a federal agency at the forefront of high-profile business regulation, Peter brings an insider's perspective to develop effective solutions that align with clients’ objectives.

Peter is a member of the federal affairs team in Washington, DC and works closely with leaders Andrew Wheeler, Troy Lyons and Kaleb Froehlich, contributing to the team’s strategic advocacy and government relations initiatives.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Peter served as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Josh Gottheimer of the US House of Representatives and worked for three years as an Honors Paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), including for the Office of the Chair Lina Khan, Office of Commissioner Noah Joshua Phillips, and Office of Policy Planning. He is currently pursuing his JD degree.
