Robert assists clients in a broad range of complex litigation proceedings and high-stakes disputes across industries.
Robert draws on his experience representing companies in trial and appellate litigation, as well as federal and state government investigations, to help them navigate all stages of litigation. He provides counsel to clients in a variety of industries to resolve cases involving antitrust, class actions, product liability, intellectual property, healthcare, environmental, and more. Robert has experience representing clients in multi-billion dollar proceedings from initial pleadings to verdict. He regularly handles motions, discovery, dispute resolution, trials, and appellate briefing. Robert has defended clients in cases involving single or multiple defendants as well as class actions.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Robert was an associate at Wilkinson Stekloff LLP in Washington, DC. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Before law school, Robert worked as an Investigative Analyst for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
