Shaye’s experience encompasses a wide range of real estate-related transactions, from property acquisition, through development, and, when necessary, disposition. She works with a range of clients across a broad spectrum of asset classes—from developers and commercial property owners, to REITs and other investors—helping guide them through the life cycle of their projects effectively and efficiently.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Shaye worked as an associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm in Denver.
