He helps mining clients navigate complex and routine matters, including permitting, regulatory matters and due diligence. When litigation is necessary, Sam counsels clients throughout the process, identifying favorable solutions tailored to their needs.
He maintains an active workplace safety practice, advising clients on how to comply with multifaceted state and federal safety and health regulations, and litigating workplace safety and health cases in addition to employment matters. Sam is a member of the firm’s 24/7 emergency legal response team for urgent issues requiring an immediate response.
