Thomas Anderson

He oversees and supervises a number of junior attorneys, agents, and engineers on drafting patent applications relating to the semiconductors, telecommunications, and medical devices industries, and possesses additional experience in imaging and solar energy technologies.

Tom works with a variety of clients, from international corporations with some of the largest patent portfolios in the world, to smaller venture backed start-up companies just beginning to protect their intellectual property. He applies his litigation experience to his patent prosecution strategies to help clients avoid the common pitfalls that often lead to costly litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Tom previously practiced in Washington, D.C. for a large national law firm.
