The Wall Street Journal Quotes Paul Swanson on Latest Skirmish in Apple Antitrust Lawsuit with Epic Games

Holland & Hart antitrust attorney Paul Swanson, was quoted in The Wall Street Journal Feb. 25 tech article, “Fight Between ‘Fortnite’ Creator and Apple Reels in More Tech Players.” The article discusses how computer-game distributor Valve is the latest technology company being drawn into the fray of the high-stakes litigation between Epic and Apple. Swanson shares insights on Apple’s attempt to subpoena Valve’s privately held financial records. “It seems like a pick-a-side moment, and that’s not a good look for big tech,” said Swanson. “I think it’s been Epic’s main object throughout all of this to make Apple look like they are just picking on the small guy. And Apple has played into it…”
