Two Holland & Hart Attorneys Named 2024 Leaders in Law by Idaho Business Review

Holland & Hart is proud to announce that Boise attorneys Mary York and Craig Dammeier have been named 2024 Leaders in Law by the Idaho Business Review. This annual recognition highlights professionals demonstrating outstanding performance in leadership, mentorship, community service, and other areas. In 2024, twenty-four individuals across the state were selected as Leaders in Law, which recognizes individuals whose leadership has had a positive impact on Idaho, both in the legal profession and in the community. Honorees include associates, educators, in-house counsel, partners, sole practitioners, an unsung hero, up and coming individuals, and a lifetime achievement awardee.

Mary’s practice focuses on condemnation cases, real estate litigation, and general commercial litigation. She is an experienced trial lawyer who understands the range of factors that contribute to litigation and settlement proceedings in these matters. In addition to condemnation matters, Mary also handles a variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters and Fair Housing Act cases. Mary also currently serves as a Fourth District Commissioner to the Idaho State Bar. She is also a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and currently serves on the ACTL’s Judicial Independence and Idaho State Committees.

Craig is works with clients of all sizes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and general business matters. He advises startups and mature companies throughout their corporate life cycle, primarily working with clients across all industries and geographic locations. In addition, he counsels clients on commercial contracts, governance matters, strategic transactions, and financings. Craig is a part of Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Boise Program, Class of 2025, and serves on the boards for Habitat for Humanity and the Boise Urban Garden School.

The 2024 Leaders in Law will be honored at an awards reception on Nov. 21 and profiled in a special publication included with the Idaho Business Review in November. A full list of this year’s Leaders in Law can be viewed here.
