Holland & Hart represented Vector Legal Method, Inc. (Vector), which provides a SaaS-based litigation management platform that was designed by lawyers for lawyers, in connection with the final closing of their seed financing in February 2018. Vector raised an aggregate of approximately $1.4 million in the seed financing through the sale of shares of preferred stock to various angel and institutional investors.

This transaction allows Vector to continue delivering innovative litigation solutions that provide efficiency, cost savings, and transparency for in-house legal departments.
