Zack McCraney Receives Idaho State Bar 2024 Denise O'Donnell Day Pro Bono Award

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Zack McCraney, an associate in Holland & Hart's Boise, Idaho office, has been selected as a 2024 recipient of the Denise O'Donnell Day Pro Bono Award by the Idaho State Bar (ISB). This award is presented to at least one attorney in each of Idaho’s seven judicial districts who has donated extraordinary time and effort to provide pro bono legal services to clients in the community.

Zack has taken on a variety of pro bono cases during his time at Holland & Hart, including significant involvement working with Family Advocates’ Court Appointed Special Advocates Program, where he provides legal counsel to volunteer Guardians ad Litem.

Pro bono work and the promotion of justice and equality is something Zack holds in high regard; he manages cases to help mitigate the economic and financial barriers that often seem insurmountable when seeking legal representation. He continues to engage in pro bono work with the intent of making a positive difference within the community.

In addition to his pro bono efforts, Zack provides critical support to clients through each phase of business, employment, and real estate litigation and class action lawsuits. He brings experience working on matters associated with construction defect claims and corporate governance disputes.

Zack will be presented with the Denise O'Donnell Day Pro Bono Award at the ISB’s District Resolution Meeting in the fall and will be featured in The Advocate’s 2024 Idaho State Bar Special Awards edition.
