Amos Barclay advises companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to venture-backed growth stage companies to public companies in the Fortune 500.

His practice focuses on venture financing and capital raising opportunities for smaller companies, capital markets for public companies, and mergers and acquisitions and strategic exit opportunities in both arenas. Clients look to Amos to provide level-headed, business-oriented advice, from a lawyer who enjoys what he does every day. 

Mergers and Acquisitions: Amos provides insight, structural advice, and negotiation skills to businesses seeking to undergo strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and dispositions, and joint ventures. 

Capital Markets Expertise: Amos advises companies on securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements, and is well-versed in navigating the federal and state securities laws and exchange rules in helping clients achieve their goals.

Venture Financing and Emerging Growth Counsel: Amos serves as counsel and mentor to several growth stage and venture-backed companies in Colorado’s start-up ecosystem.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Amos was a corporate attorney at an international law firm in New York.
