Holland & Hart attorney Gabe Hamilton has been selected to the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC) membership, a nation-wide professional association of attorneys specialized in the arena of insurance regulatory law. Gabe is one of two FORC members located in Idaho, and the only Regulatory Counsel Member. He is currently the only active Holland & Hart FORC member. As a member of FORC, Gabe will continue to provide experienced counsel to clients seeking assistance in the areas of insurance business transactions, legislation, litigation, and regulation.
The FORC was formed for the purpose of raising the standard of excellence in the practice of regulatory law and for promoting the specialized skills of its members to their clients, the insurance industry, and other lawyers. To be selected, members must have strong reputations, meet high member standards, and be recommended by a minimum of three insurance executives from unrelated companies. The FORC Admissions Committee reviews and investigates all applications and recommendations in detail, and refers finalists to the FORC Board of Directors for additional consideration, who only accept esteemed counsel with the utmost skill and experience.
