Gabriel (Gabe) Hamilton

Gabe advises clients of all sizes on general corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on clients in the healthcare and insurance industries.

He is a member of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel, the only national association of attorneys who devote at least 50% of their practice to insurance regulatory matters. Gabe has extensive experience working on mergers and acquisitions, new company formations, and joint ventures in the insurance and healthcare industries.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Gabe practiced at Hawley Troxell in Boise. Gabe is admitted to practice in the State of Idaho.
