Holland & Hart represented The Masonry Center, Inc. in the acquisition of the historic Table Rock sandstone quarry and its related fabrication operations through the Masonry Center’ affiliate Table Rock Sandstone, LLC. The Masonry Center is a wholesale tile, brick, and stone distributor with locations throughout the northwest.
The legacy of the quarry’s former owners will be continued and enhanced by Table Rock Sandstone, through the Masonry Center as its exclusive sales agent.
