Greg brings a multidisciplinary approach with an understanding of the legal, financial, governmental, and regulatory issues that are required for successful project delivery and operations.
Greg leads, and is a part of, a team of 20 attorneys dedicated to helping clients develop, construct, and operate projects in a variety of industries. The team is responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and review of more than 1000 agreements each year across the United States related to land acquisition, entitlements, finance, design development, procurement, insurance-risk, bonds, construction, close-out, operations, and maintenance.
Greg has served as project counsel for large projects, including NFL stadiums, NHL and NBA arenas, gaming and resort destinations, distribution centers, fabrication and manufacturing campuses, retail and commercial, NFL practice facilities, highways and interstates, hotel towers and podiums, renewable energy, public schools systems, and student housing.
Greg’s practice involves a full spectrum of services, including extensive counseling through all phases of private and public projects and the resolution of claims in arbitration, state, and federal courts. He litigates complex claims throughout the country for clients in a wide variety of industries, including gaming, energy, hospitality, industrial, student housing, multifamily, and public infrastructure.
Intense dedication to clients’ core objectives is what differentiates Greg’s dynamic approach. A trusted advisor, clients include Greg on business strategy and legal decisions; he often serves as outside general counsel.
Greg continues to teach in the areas of development, construction, and operations issues with a wide variety of trade groups, associations, and universities.
Greg serves as the Administrative Partner of the Las Vegas office, a role he previously held from 2006-2013.
