Jane has decades of experience as a successful trial lawyer representing clients in complex business, intellectual property, and technology disputes in courtrooms and arbitrations around the country. As a certified arbitrator and mediator, Jane currently focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution, helping companies resolve their commercial and intellectual property disputes. Jane is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers. In 2020, she was selected for inclusion in Lawdragon’s “Leading Lawyers in America” Hall of Fame.
Maureen has over 40 years of experience in cutting-edge, high-stakes, complex litigation locally and nationally, and has first-chaired significant cases of first impression and precedent-setting trials and appeals. Her experience includes jury trials, bench trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution. She has tried cases in numerous jurisdictions across the country and has handled appeals in the Fourth, Seventh, Ninth, and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Maureen currently leads Holland & Hart’s Product Liability group and International Arbitration group, and handles ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, ad hoc and other arbitrations throughout the world. Maureen is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
