Maureen brings more than four decades of experience advising companies through complex business disputes.

Decision-makers look to Maureen for leadership in resolving commercial litigation, product liability and employment matters. She handles international arbitrations, including ICSID, ICC and ad hoc arbitrations throughout the world. She also has experience navigating the complex world of trade secrets, antitrust, and toxic tort cases.

Maureen has counseled companies across a wide spectrum of industries, representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, food and beverage companies, airlines, sports teams, agricultural companies, oil and gas companies, equipment manufacturers and many others.

Maureen has tried cases across the country and handled appeals in five  of the nine circuit courts. She has argued before Supreme Courts in Colorado, Illinois, and Wisconsin. In addition to her work at trial and on appeals, Maureen has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Maureen was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert H. McWilliams of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Maureen served as Holland & Hart’s Managing Partner, on the firm’s Management Committee, and  as the Commercial Litigation Practice Group Leader. Maureen is currently the lead for the firm’s Products Liability team and International Arbitration group.
