Holland & Hart served as lead counsel to Prologis in the negotiation of five Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Clean Power Alliance (CPA) of Southern California for the installation of five rooftop solar projects, with a combined generating capacity of 5.92 MW. Each of the PPAs has a fifteen-year contract term and will deliver reliable and affordable clean energy to disadvantaged communities in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties through CPA’s Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff program.
