Eric counsels energy and resources clients on a range of project development and finance matters, specializing in the renewable energy industry.
Eric utilizes his engineering background performing design and project management for industrial, mining, and additional environmental and construction clients, giving him an in-depth understanding of his client’s needs and goals. His experience provides him with a valuable perspective of the project development process, from project inception through completion. He supports clients in the renewable energy space on project development transactions, including EPCs, PPAs and major equipment procurement, and in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Eric participated in the firm’s Summer Clerk program. Before attending law school, he worked as an engineer at two environmental services firms in Colorado.
