Holland & Hart LLP (Holland & Hart) represented Colorado-based Kokopelli Outdoor, Inc. (Kokopelli), an innovative company that produces packrafts and related gear for outdoor adventurers all over the world, in connection with a series seed preferred equity financing which closed in March 2019. Through this financing, Kokopelli raised approximately $1.1 million.
Kokopelli specializes in designing and producing the world’s lightest inflatable packrafts, and since its founding, Kokopelli’s products have been awarded and recognized worldwide by industry leading publications and organizations. This transaction will allow Kokopelli to continue their research and development of high-end, innovative products for outdoor enthusiasts.
