Holland & Hart employee benefits attorney Kevin Selzer was quoted in Law Week Colorado’s April 26 article titled, “DOL Cybersecurity Guidance for Retirement Plans Highlights Employer Obligations.” The article discusses the newly issued DOL cybersecurity guidance aimed at protecting retirement accounts. The guidance includes tips and best practices geared towards plan sponsors and fiduciaries subject to the Employee Retirement Security Act as well as plan participants.
