Sanna assists clients in structuring, drafting, and negotiating intellectual property and commercial agreements, including licenses, consulting and services agreements, distribution agreements, and reseller agreements.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Sanna was a legal associate at Molson Coors Brewing Company, supporting the legal needs for a variety of domestic and international business initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. As a member of the procurement, international, and corporate and commercial legal teams, she provided solutions for a wide range of business and legal issues including licensing and marketing, data privacy, contract drafting and negotiation, acquisition due diligence, and investor relations and securities matters. Working in-house for a large, multinational company, Sanna understands how excellent legal services play an integral role in achieving client objectives and business strategies.
