Thomas Morales Appointed ABA Construction Litigation Committee Co-Chair

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that attorney Thomas Morales, an associate in the firm’s Denver office, was recently appointed Co-chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Construction Litigation Committee for the 2021-2022 bar year. As a committee within the ABA Section of Litigation, the Construction Litigation Committee seeks to increase membership, deliver meaningful benefits to members, and implement the goals and strategies of the Section's Strategic Plan.

The Construction Litigation Committee’s membership includes more than 2,100 construction litigators from diverse backgrounds, levels of experience, practices, and geographical areas. The committee offers its members varied opportunities to participate in committee activities and provides members valuable content, benefits, and mentoring that will support all aspects of professional growth and development at every stage of their careers.

In his practice, Thomas brings over a decade of industry experience to advise clients on construction projects from inception through completion. He combines legal knowledge, industry experience, and a service-oriented approach, to guide clients through all phases of development and construction.
