Thomas brings over a decade of construction industry experience to advise developers and contractors on contract negotiation, project management, and dispute resolution.

From more than ten years as a project and operational manager for a custom residential subcontractor, Thomas has first-hand experience with the challenges facing developers and contractors on complex construction projects. He combines legal knowledge, industry experience, and a service-oriented approach to guide clients through all phases of development and construction. He advises developers and contractors how to avoid litigation, and when necessary, develops strategies to help achieve their vision and goals for a business win.
