Kristine assists large energy users and energy project developers on regulatory matters and complex utility rate proceedings.

Kristine helps clients navigate administrative proceedings and disputes in an ever-changing regulatory environment. Clients benefit from Kristine’s experience serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the PUC Litigation Unit of the Colorado Department of Law, where she managed litigation proceedings before the Colorado PUC.

During law school, Kristine worked as a law clerk at an energy and natural resources law firm in Denver and as a legal intern with the US Department of Energy.

Kristine is part of the public utilities regulatory team and frequently works with Thor Nelson, Michelle King, Nik Stoffel, Abby Briggerman, Austin RueschhoffAustin Jensen, Fripp Prioleau, and Seamus Crowley.
