Laura counsels clients on commercial technology transactions and related data privacy matters, with an emphasis on software-as-a-service (SaaS).
Clients appreciate Laura’s practical approach to drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including software license and SaaS agreements, inbound and outbound technology and IP licenses, channel partner agreements, data licenses, and professional services agreements. She has experience working with clients ranging from emerging growth companies to large public companies and has significant experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing industries.
Laura also represents clients on a wide range of data privacy matters and regularly counsels clients on compliance with U.S. federal and state privacy laws and European data protection laws, including the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and the Colorado Privacy Act.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Laura practiced at another Am Law 200 firm and in-house at a Fortune 50 company.
