Holland & Hart represented Twin Enviro Services (Twin Enviro), a Steamboat Springs-based vertically integrated provider of waste transportation, waste disposal, and recycling services across Colorado’s Western Slope, in connection with its acquisition by Apex Waste Solutions, a leading, vertically integrated regional provider of solid waste collection and disposal services in Colorado’s Front Range and Colorado Western Slope areas. Apex Waste Solutions is a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC. The terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
The addition of Twin Enviro's operations in Routt, Moffat, Fremont, and Las Animas Counties will help strengthen Apex Waste Solution’s existing markets throughout the Colorado Front Range.
